Our workshop is unique, featuring a wide range of AM processes and explaining why different methods are used depending on the actual process. Upon completion, you will be equipped with the knowledge of current simulation options and the best methods to use for various applications. Best of all, our information is independent of specific software products, giving you the freedom to choose your preferred software.

We will start from the basics. The first day will focus on the fundamentals of the respective simulation methods. By the end of this day, you will have a broad understanding of methods currently applied in industry to model AM. Our presentations will be enriched by our experience in method development. We will highlight the possibilities and limitations of each method, helping you understand which model to choose for your process.

On the second day, we will apply our simulation expertise to various AM processes for metals, polymers or ceramics.
